Senior Relation Manager/
Private Banker
The role is responsible for business development by actively identifying prospects and establishing contact with them and by converting prospects into clients.
The candidate should have a proven ability and creditability to expand clientele basis, should have excellent communication skills and should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and sources of wealth generation.
By leveraging Fathom’s experience and services’ platform, the candidate serves as a trusted advisor to clients and builds relationships with client families.

The candidates will receive support on daily tasks by Fathom’s Back and Middle Office.
Back - Middle Office Specialist
The back/middle officer provides support to the firms relationship managers and handle the day-to-day work challenges, needs of clients and various counterparties.

The candidate should keep the process and work procedures up-to-date and is in regular contact with the custodian banks and the various counterparties of the firm.
The candidate should facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.
Requirements:

Proficiency in both verbal and as written English is a must. Any additional language would be considered as a plus.

Internship
Our internship program is open to high school as well as university students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of financial services industry. Over the course of this internship, the intern would expand his/her knowledge by participating in the daily operations of the firm, would be involved in real-world business challenges and demanding tasks. The intern would expand his/her knowledge and will grow in confidence.
